The service

MeepleThèque is an iOS app for managing a board game collection and logging the games you play. It requires an account, created with an email address and a password.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorised access.

You can delete your account at any time from the app, in Settings. Deletion is permanent.

Free tier and Premium subscription

The app can be used for free, with a limit of 30 games in the collection. The Premium subscription lifts that limit and unlocks rankings, cross statistics, house rules, category score sheets and the suggestion assistant.

Pricing is 4,99 € per month or 24,99 € per year, preceded by a 7-day free trial. The prices shown in the app prevail and may vary by country.

Renewal, payment and cancellation

The subscription is billed through your Apple account and renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your iPhone settings: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

If you do not use the whole free trial period, the unused part is forfeited when you subscribe.

Refund requests are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass the limits of the service, not to store unlawful content in it, and to enter only first names or nicknames when referring to other players.

External data

Some information about games may come from external catalogues. It is provided for guidance and may contain inaccuracies. You can edit the title and details of every game in your collection.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as is. We do what is needed to keep it available and to preserve your data, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Our liability cannot exceed the amounts you actually paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
